What Is Our Vision? TMGFOC has a great mission to execute kingdom plans and agendas to convert the body of Christ into a posture of total surrenderance to the call of this dispensation. The mission is to mirror the expectation of Christ and to Ratify those with a heart to serve and execute Heaven’s agenda through the Apostolic agenda.
What Is Our MISSION? To Bridge the gap in the body of Christ through Reformation and Apostolic Government by way of Building Kingdom Relationships through Fellowships, Teaching and Strategy.
What Is Our SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATION? Jeremiah 31:31 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. Genesis 17:7 I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your descendants after you. Exodus 31:16 So, the sons of Israel shall observe the sabbath, to celebrate the sabbath throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant.’ Ezekiel 37:26 I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary in their midst forever. Psalm 89:34 “My covenant I will not violate, Nor will I alter the utterance of My lips. Hebrews 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no occasion sought for a second. Jeremiah 33:20 “Thus says the Lord, ‘If you can break My covenant for the day and My covenant for the night, so that day and night will not be at.

Apostle Shantay Ligons was born in Houston Texas to Pastor Eugene Julius Jones and JoAnn Jones. She is the wife of Reginald Ligons and the mother of two boys, Solomon Henderson and Cedric Byrd Jr.

 

In her obedience to the call of God on her life, Touch by Anointing Dance Ministry was founded in 2007 under her direction and guidance. In 2008 the Gulf Coast Praise Dance Association was also birthed. As a powerful, anointed scribe, God released two gospel stage plays through her entitled “Endure” and “Broken” written through her own survival of domestic violence. To her credit she is also a songwriter.

 

As an ordained minister she is committed to cultivating and birthing God’s people through their spiritual canal. Apostle Ligons has an uncompromising Holy boldness about her love for Christ and will not stop until God’s people release the sound and be the voice heard far and wide.

 

Apostle Ligons has a powerful commission and mandate on her life. She has a passion and a hunger to restore order back to the household of faith and to birth God’s people spiritually through the Apostolic mantle placed on her. Her infectious passion and drive are unstoppable. She will not quit until everyone she encounters is walking in the boldness of their assignment.

 

As the founder of The Midwife Global Ministries her reach goes far beyond the confines of the brick and mortar building but across the lands to the original temples of the individual persons designed by God.

 

Apostle Ligons was affirmed under the leadership Chief Apostle David Pittman and Pastor Shelia Pittman of The Rock International Church. Her spiritual covering is under Greater Grace Houston where the leaders are Apostle E. L. Ursher and Pastor Tawanda Ursher.

Bro. Reginald Ligons was born and raised in Cleveland, Texas. He relocated to Humble, Texas in 2012 when God pressed upon his heart to shift regions to enlarge his reach in the area of Outreach. He has a genuine love for Youth with a heart of God. He has one daughter Lameisha Ligons and two sons Solomon Henderson and Cedric Byrd.

 

He is retired from the City of Cleveland and has joined forces with his wife Apostle Shantay Ligons to build the Lord’s Church.

 

 

Bro. Reginald Ligons vice Presiding Prelate

Prophetess Kimberly Miller was born in Seguin, TX and raised in Gonzales, TX. She is the wife of Pastor Rodney Miller and the mother of two sons and four daughters Aaron, Jalen, Dejanae, Devanae, La'Niyah and Legacy. Called to serve God and his children; she entered ministry in 2011 and God quickly moved her to fully operate in deliverance in 2014. She now serves alongside her husband Pastor Rodney Miller, as Co-Pastor, in their newly founded church, Divine Restoration Apostolic Ministries.

 

Prophetess Kimberly Miller is the Founder/President of Devine Purpose Outreach Ministries, Co-Pastor/Vice-President of Divine Restoration Apostolic Ministries, and the Founder of Heaven Scent Anointing Oil. She is an ordained Prophet, chosen Intercessor and Certified Midwife Instructor for The Midwife Global Fellowship Transform Course.

Apostle Diann L. White, Area Commander; Inland Empire-California’s Southern Region. Overseer of Redeemed Ministries International, Mother of Nations, Midwife, Teacher, Motivational Speaker and Author. Being a submitted and committed servant to God’s Will in the restoration of His people.

Pastor Heidi Purter was born and raised in Worcester, MA. She relocated to Houston, TX in 2017 when God pressed upon her to do so. She is a mother of 2 daughter and 2 sons, Joselyn, Jolie, Anthony and Elijah. She is the founder of Out of the Darkness Outreach in 2019 which caters to those who are lost in the darkness of addiction and riddled with a survivor’s mentality. Her heart is for those who wander aimlessly in the earth searching for fulfilment they will only find in Christ Jesus.

 

She is an Ordained Pastor, Intercessor and a Worshipper at heart.

 

 

Pastor Heidi Purter Executive Administrator

Prophetess Avon Bettina Young was born in Charlotte NC, she was raised both in NC and CA. She is the mother to three adult children and a daughter in love: Christopher & his wife, Asia Young, Christian Young, and Jessica Rutledge.

 

She was born into a family of servants and carries a burden for those stuck in an identity crisis both naturally and spiritually. After being in the wilderness some 20+ years she returned to her first love, Christ. She founded Walk In Your Purpose to help domestic violence sufferers. God gave her Christ Identified Me in 2021 and Kingdom Cooking (2022).

 

She is an ordained Prophet, an Intercessor, a teacher for The Midwife Global Fellowship Transform course and above all, a true servant.

 

Prophetess Avon Bettina Young Executive Finance Liaison

Evangelist Sylvia French was born and raised in Houston, TX to Nazies A. Willis and Sonya Alexander. She is the wife of Elder Barry French, and together they have three sons, and four daughters. Evangelist Elect Sylvia entered ministry in 2011

serving with Nacogdoches Interdenominational Youth Choir while attending Live Oak Missionary Baptist Church.

 

From 2019 to 2021 Evangelist Sylvia faithfully served at New Faith Unity Baptist Church on the Finance Committee, as a Praise Team member, as an Accounting Clerk, and as a Mission Leader.

 

In March of 2021 God planted this mighty woman of God and her family at Re-Birth Apostolic Ministries where God has done a tremendous work within her as He is preparing her. Every Friday you will see her virtual presence on Facebook Live with a powerful voice on “Forgiveness Friday” from 9-10pm weekly.

Evangelist Faith Johnson is the President of the A.C.T. Team at Re-Birth Apostolic Ministries. She works alongside of the Chief Apostle Shantay Ligons in undergirding the vision. She has a servants heart and has been committed to Forwarding the vision and every plan that her leaders have set in motion.

 

Evangelist Faith Johnson is the Mother of Abagail Johnson who is smart and witty business owner representing for her generation.
